Welcome to the "OmniScan" APP (hereinafter referred to as "this App"). This User Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") is a legally binding contract entered into between you (hereinafter referred to as "User" or "you") and the operator of this App (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "our") regarding the download, installation, registration, and use of all functions and services of "OmniScan".
By downloading, installing, registering, logging in, and using this App, you signify that you have read, fully understood, and voluntarily agreed to be bound by all terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to any content of this Agreement, please immediately stop downloading and using this App. Minors should use this App under the accompaniment, knowledge, and consent of their legal guardians, who shall bear the corresponding supervisory responsibilities.
1.1 OmniScan: Refers to this mobile application, as well as all supporting services, interfaces, documentation, and APIs we provide, including QR code/barcode scanning, product information query, AI image intelligent recognition, etc.
1.2 User: Refers to any natural person who downloads, installs, uses, or otherwise accesses the services of this App.
1.3 Personal Data/Personal Information: Refers to any information that, alone or in combination with other information, can identify a natural person.
1.4 AI Functions/Services: Refers to the scan resolution, image recognition, information matching, and related output services provided within this App based on automated algorithms, machine learning, or artificial intelligence models.
1.5 Third Party: Refers to any organization or natural person other than us, including third-party service providers, third-party AI services, SDKs, etc.
1.6 This Agreement applies to all users who use the functions and services of this App. Use of this App constitutes the effectiveness of this Agreement.
This App provides users with the following core services. We may optimize, upgrade, or add new functions and services from time to time based on operational and technical requirements:

Relying on AI image recognition technology, we provide multi-category intelligent recognition, supporting users to ask questions and interpret recognition results and product information, providing intelligent information suggestions and interpretations:
2.4 Limitation of Use
All recognition results, information displays, and AI output content of this App are for daily life reference only and cannot replace the services and decisions of professionals in the corresponding fields.
3.1 When using this App, users shall comply with national laws, regulations, and the terms of this Agreement, and shall not engage in any illegal, regulatory, or immoral activities.
3.2 Users shall not engage in the following conduct:
3.3 If a user violates this Article, we have the right to take measures such as restricting functions, clearing data, banning permissions, terminating services, and pursuing legal liability.
4.1 Users have the right to use all functions of this App while complying with laws, regulations, and this Agreement, and have the right to report faults and suggest functional improvements.
4.2 Users shall use the App lawfully and compliantly, and shall not infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of third parties through scanning or AI functions.
4.3 Users shall independently verify the authenticity and security of third-party content accessed via scans and recognized information, and bear the risks of use themselves.
4.4 Users shall properly safeguard their devices and access permissions; losses caused by their own negligence in safekeeping shall be borne by themselves.
4.5 When disseminating AI-generated content externally, users shall proactively verify compliance and prominently mark it as AI-generated.
4.6 When asking questions to the AI agent, users shall ensure the content is lawful, compliant, and does not infringe upon third-party rights, and shall not submit sensitive, illegal, or irregular questions.
5.1 We provide stable scan resolution, product query, and AI functions as agreed, continuously optimizing recognition accuracy and user experience.
5.2 We protect user scan history, AI recognition records, question records, personalized analysis data, and personal privacy in accordance with law, and shall not disclose or sell to third parties without user consent or legal requirement.
5.3 We may temporarily suspend services due to technical upgrades, server maintenance, AI algorithm iterations, or compliance adjustments, without liability for user losses.
5.4 We have the right to take measures such as restricting functions, clearing records, or banning permissions against users who violate the rules.
6.1 This App only requests camera and photo library permissions as necessary to provide core services, solely for scan recognition, photo library import, and AI image recognition, and does not access other private data.
6.2 Scan history, AI recognition records, AI agent conversation records, and personalized analysis data are used only for local storage, service operation, and algorithm optimization, not for unrelated commercial promotions.
6.3 We strictly protect the information of minors and collect and use data in accordance with the principle of minimal necessity.
6.4 Without explicit user consent, we will not share personally identifiable user information with third parties; third-party SDK/AI service integrations will be listed in the privacy policy.
7.1 We adopt technical and management measures such as transmission encryption, storage encryption, access control, and security audits to protect user data security.
7.2 For security incidents caused by third-party actions, user negligence, or force majeure, we shall bear liability within the legal framework but shall not be fully responsible for consequences beyond our control.
8.1 The scan resolution, product information, and plant/product/car AI recognition results of this App are automatically generated by algorithms, for daily life reference only, and are not guaranteed to be 100% accurate.
8.2 AI recognition results are affected by multiple factors such as image quality, lighting, database coverage, and algorithmic capability, and may contain misrecognitions or omissions. You should not rely on recognition results as the sole basis for any decision. AI personalized analysis results are generated based on user query behavior and public product data, for reference only, and do not constitute the sole basis for any decision.
8.3 All image recognition and intelligent resolution services of this App are provided based on artificial intelligence technology. Due to limitations of current technology and data reserves, we do not provide any warranty as to the absolute accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI output results. Users must independently judge and use with caution.
8.4 You decide which QR codes or images to scan and which questions to submit to the AI recognition agent. If damage to devices, information leakage, or property loss occurs due to scanning malicious QR codes or submitting unlawful questions, we shall not be liable.
8.5 Information such as nutritional content, allergens, and shelf life for food products is compiled from public data sources for reference only; the final information shall be based on the physical product label and official quality inspection.
8.6 For browsing, transactions, and other behaviors arising from users scanning QR codes to jump to third-party web pages or platforms, the third party shall bear independent responsibility, and we do not assume guarantee or joint legal liability.
8.7 We shall not be liable for service anomalies caused by factors beyond our control, such as network failures, mobile system compatibility, force majeure, or carrier abnormalities.
8.8 Users who use third-party plugins, modified devices, or other abnormal means to use the App shall bear the resulting faults, losses, and liabilities themselves.
8.9 Limitation of Liability: Except for direct losses caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the user in the 12 months prior to the loss, or RMB 100 if no payment was made (except as otherwise required by law).
9.1 All intellectual property rights of this App, including software copyright, interface design, core AI algorithms, textual content, and functional architecture, belong to the operator and are protected by law.
9.2 Without written authorization from the operator, no entity or individual may copy, distribute, crack, imitate, or commercially exploit this App or its core functions and AI technology systems.
9.3 Users own the rights to their scan records and personal data generated through use.
9.4 Content generated by users using AI functions, the AI recognition agent, and AI personalized analysis is for personal non-commercial use only; commercial use without permission is prohibited.
10.1 If a user discovers errors in AI output, they may submit the issue through in-app feedback channels, and we will process and correct it within a reasonable time.
10.2 We continuously optimize model algorithms but shall not be liable for losses caused by AI errors unless caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence.
10.3 AI technology is still developing; we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or defect-free, and the same input may generate different outputs.
11.1 This App may integrate third-party SDKs, AI models, and product data sources, whose terms of service and privacy policies are independent; users should be aware of and agree to this.
11.2 Third-party services are independently provided by third parties; we do not guarantee their security or accuracy, and assume no joint liability for third-party actions.
11.3 We list the main third parties and their purposes in the privacy policy and obtain user consent when necessary.
12.1 We may amend this Agreement based on laws, regulations, business needs, or AI service iterations. The amended version will take effect upon announcement via in-app notices. Continued use of the App by users will be deemed acceptance of the new agreement.
12.2 Users may terminate the service by uninstalling the App. If a user violates the rules, we may unilaterally terminate the service and pursue liability. If we permanently discontinue the service, we will announce it in advance.
12.3 We may interrupt or terminate service upon notice due to false user information, violations of laws/regulations, regulatory requirements, security reasons, etc.
13.1 This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
13.2 Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party shall submit the dispute to the Guangzhou Arbitration Commission for arbitration in accordance with its current arbitration rules. The arbitration place shall be Guangzhou, and the arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.
In the event of force majeure such as natural disasters, war, epidemics, government actions, or cyber attacks that prevent performance of services, we shall be exempt from liability to the extent affected by the force majeure. The affected party shall promptly notify and provide relevant proof.
15.1 We send notices via in-app announcements, push notifications, SMS, email, etc. Notices are deemed delivered upon dispatch.
15.2 Users shall keep their contact information true and valid; losses caused by failure to update in a timely manner shall be borne by the user.
16.1 If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
16.2 The privacy policy, function usage rules, and auto-renewal agreement of this App are integral parts of this Agreement and have the same legal effect as this Agreement.
16.3 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the use of this App, superseding any other oral or written promises.
